Our HR Interns play a meaningful role in supporting the people-focused functions that keep Nelson Labs thriving. This 12-week program runs from May 18th to August 7th, offering hands-on experience in multiple areas of Human Resources. Interns engage in real project work under the guidance of an assigned HR Leader and are paired with a dedicated Mentor for ongoing development and support. Education & Experience Requirements: College student majoring in an HR centric degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or similar Schedule Monday through Friday, 8-hour workdays on Day Shift. 40 hours per week Essential Job Functions & Project Work: Employee Engagement Support initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
