Overview Provides cross-program clinical leadership and support across seven Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) teams. Partners with the Associate Director of Treatment Programs and team managers to promote consistent clinical practice, high-quality service delivery, staff development, and adherence to program, contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Serves as a clinical resource to multidisciplinary teams working with adults who have complex behavioral health, substance use, medical, housing, and justice-system needs in community-based settings.
