Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Anatomic Pathology Supervisor to join our laboratory team in Wilmington, Delaware. This position is responsible for the oversight of Anatomic Pathology/Histology/Digital Pathology work process; this includes all technical, clinical and quality aspects of the work area, including autopsy, and digital pathology. While serving as contributing member of the team, completing gross analysis of surgical specimens and the performance of technical procedures in cytology and histology this individual also provides the supervision, development and oversight of staff in the assigned section, or performing the specific work process. Ensures the correct performance of tests in the assigned section, supervising staff performing these tests.
