Clapp’s Nursing Center is a privately and independently owned Skilled Nursing Facility that is looking for a passionate and dedicated candidate to fill a 13 week contractor opening in our rehab department. This person would be responsible for providing and directing physical therapy services to patients which may include adult and/or geriatric persons. The goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice shall occur. *Guaranteed Hours: 25 hours per week.
