LifeWorks of  Austin, TX  is looking for full-time Certified Family Partner to join our Peer Services team to assist on site at our Peer-Led Drop-In Center. A Certified Family Partner (CFP) provides family partner services and education to parents/caregivers/legal authorized representatives (LARs) of youth via group facilitation, individual mentorship, community collaboration, and the provision of alternative activities. The Certified Family Partner utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based model of support to help caregivers achieve the family’s needs, wants, and goals. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The schedule will be varying 4-hour shifts between the hours of 11:30am-8:00pm, Monday-Thursday, and 11:30am-5:30pm on Friday. This position has a starting rate of $22.75/hr. paid bi-weekly. The Peer Support Specialist utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based model of support to foster and promote recovery and wellness with each client served. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
