Overview The Director of VBC Market Operations serves an operational leader accountable for driving the day-to-day performance of US Renal Care's value-based care programs. The Director builds and manages relationships with nephrologists, nephrology practice staff, and dialysis clinic teams. The Director collaborates internally with clinical, analytics, and other leaders to develop and drive strategies that deliver improved outcomes and reduced costs.
