Nemours is seeking a 3P - 11:30P LEAD SPD Technician! This position is 40 hours per week and includes periodic rotation to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. The Lead Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Technician provides leadership and oversight to SPD staff while ensuring the safe inspection, decontamination, preparation, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical and surgical instruments and supplies in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Nemours policies. This role supports operations across Nemours Ambulatory Surgery Facilities in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, requiring maintenance of all applicable state and federal clearances and periodic travel between locations as needed.
