Responsibilities:
Mead & Hunt is seeking a Transportation Planner to join its Mid-Atlantic Community Planning Department within the Transportation Planning Business Unit. This position will lead and support multidisciplinary transportation planning projects that improve safety, mobility, access, and quality of life in communities across the Mid-Atlantic. The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery, policy and technical research, client service, staff leadership, and business development skills to advance practical, equitable, and implementable transportation solutions. Responsibilities include: Lead or support transportation plans, studies, programs, and implementation strategies related to Vision Zero, Complete Streets, active transportation, Safe Routes to School, performance management, public engagement, legislative review, transportation funding, and multimodal transportation planning.
