The CDBG Grants Manager supports disaster recovery programs in Central and West Florida. Additionally, this role will support new multifamily housing, multifamily rehabilitation, infrastructure improvements, public services, and public facilities projects. This position is responsible for project-level management and compliance oversight to include: monitoring program activities; providing technical guidance to clients; supporting program design; and ensuring funded activities meet CDBG-DR eligibility and align with approved action plans. The incumbent may also support development of program policies and procedures, procurement documents, and related grant administration materials.
