Position Summary The Gate Attendant serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers entering the community. This position is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient access control services while maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. The Gate Attendant ensures community access policies are followed and assists with visitor management, gate operations, and customer service. This is a non-security, unarmed position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Access Control & Visitor Verification Monitor all assigned entry and exit points.
