TBCHS is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for Fairview Area Schools. The Behavioral Health Consultant works as a member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team, providing a full range of evidence-based mental health services to patients with behavioral health problems within the school-based care setting. As a cooperative team member, the Behavioral Health Consultant assumes responsibility for all aspects of the mental health care of these patients. The Behavioral Health Consultant provides evidence-based treatment consistent with their scope of practice and licensure status. An essential function of the position will be the development and monitoring specific behavior change plans documented in the patient’s Individual Comprehensive Treatment Plan.
