Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our packaging department in the manufacture of Dry Pet food. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and coordination with other plant departments to ensure smooth production flow. The Packaging Lead will be responsible for managing sanitation breaks, product changeovers, ensuring capability advancement of team, and shift handovers efficiently and effectively. Shift 12-hour rotating shift: 6:00 am-6:30 pm (days) and 6:00 pm - 6:30am (nights), alternating every 12 weeks. Four days on, four days off. What are we looking for? Work Schedule: 90% FTE, 7-7p three 12 hour shifts with a every other weekend and holiday rotation.
