JOB SUMMARY Works in conjunction with the EMS Medical Director and for the EMS Manager within guidelines of the paramedic license. The Paramedic assesses, plans, implements, and collaborates with other providers to ensure excellence in patient and family care during pre-hospital emergency care and during transportation to a medical facility. The Paramedic may also assist with medical treatment of patients in other departments of CCH under the direction of the MD and RN within their scope of practice as defined by the State of Wyoming. Provides emergency advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured.
