Position Overview The Logistics Supervisor at Stella-Jones oversees all phases of yard operations including staff, and dispatching to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently. Ensure that the yard operates both safely and environmentally compliant, while effectively and efficiently working within the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures. This role will be office-based in either Cameron, Wisconsin or Kansas City, Missouri. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for optimizing delivery routes for drivers before each shift. Looks for opportunities in efficiencies throughout the operation, delivery, yard and reports monthly on feedback and suggestions for improvement. Responsible for monitoring all yard functions to confirm to company policies.
