Public Safety Dispatcher 1 Position Summary: Under direct/indirect supervision, the Public Safety Dispatcher (I) perform a full range of telephone operational duties in a 24-hour facility. Receives and records emergency and routine business calls; process and prioritize incoming calls for police, security, and MCHS. Qualifications: A. Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. certification. B. Certification: All new employees will be evaluated under a 30/60/90 Day period.
