The Equipment Set-Up Technician is responsible for overseeing multiple production lines, ensuring that packaging processes are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. The Equipment Set-Up Technician will oversee the technical aspects of our production line, ensuring smooth operations. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting technical issues, executing changeovers, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, a high level of mechanical aptitude, leadership abilities, and a commitment to driving excellence in manufacturing processes.
