Job Description This role will work out of Portage, IN or South Bend, IN. The dispatcher schedules, coordinates, dispatches, and monitors Badger units within a defined region following national processes and procedures. This role requires the flexibility to work nights and weekends. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience. What You'll Be Doing: Manages dispatch calendar (Google calendar, etc.) Manages daily dispatch activities (availability and time approval by Branch Manager (BM), dispatching closest trucks, etc.) Converts opportunities to sales requests (SR) and confirms with owner (Outside Sales Representative (OSR), General Manager (GM), or Branch Manager (BM)) Answers central dispatch phone line in a timely and professionally Processes requests from existing (standard) customers What We're Looking For: Education: high school diploma or GED 1-2 years dispatch experience, preferred Excellent communication...
