Easterseals Florida is looking for a dependable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team at Edgar’s Farm, a therapeutic ranch providing equine-assisted services for individuals with disabilities. In this role, you’ll help care for our horses and maintain the barn, pastures, and surrounding facilities—ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and volunteers.

What You’ll Do
Feed, handle, and care for therapy horses and ranch animals, including turnout, stall cleaning, and barn upkeep
Operate ranch equipment safely, such as mowers, tractors, golf carts, and power tools
