Job Description: Here at Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to come and join our Royal Canin factory team as a Packaging Operator. Address: 920 Arctic Drive Lebanon, TN 37090 The Packaging Operator will be a multi-skilled packing associate who is responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The Packaging Operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall. Shift: This role will be a day position. All positions work 12-hour schedules. 4 days on and 4 days off- set schedule. Days: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm What are we looking for? High School diploma or equivalent.
