Job Type Full-Time Overview Princeton University Library (PUL) seeks a highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented Library Talent Operations Coordinator to support talent acquisition, employee development, and people operations across the Library. Reporting to the Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, the Coordinator supports PUL’s talent acquisition and employee development efforts by coordinating Dean of the Faculty (DOF) and Human Resources (HR) staff hiring activities, maintaining accurate entries into applicant tracking systems, and providing logistical support for candidates, employee training, and organizational initiatives. Highly developed tact, discretion, and diplomacy are necessary skills for success in this role.
