Program Analyst – Marine Forces Reserve / 4th Marine Division Primary Location: New Orleans, LA Clearance: Active Secret Ability to work remotely: No Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) and 4th Marine Division in New Orleans, LA. This position requires onsite presence to provide enhanced support for Reserve Lessons Learned (LL) activities. The Program Analyst will be responsible for collecting LL from Reserve units, coaching AAR production, and capturing mobilization LL. Reserve components face unique challenges requiring specialized LL support, including geographically dispersed units, part-time training schedules, and mobilization/demobilization cycles.
