Position Title: Engineer 1/2/ Sr - Project Development Location: Des Moines, IA, United States Description: The Project Development engineer completes technical work in the planning, evaluation, budgeting, design, procurement, development and construction of company projects; including generation additions and upgrades, electric vehicle infrastructure, energy storage, decommissioning, environmental, communications, facilities, asset acquisitions, new technology reviews, and other projects as assigned. The Engineer evaluates and performs due diligence on potential investments, acquisitions, research on new and proven equipment and other business evaluations. The Engineer will assist in the preparation and administration of contracts, permit applications, environmental filings and financial and regulatory filings.
