Overview The Manager Insurance Sales focus is on assisting in expanding the reach of GreenState Insurance by coaching, mentoring, and selling alongside new employees in key growth markets. This dynamic position drives results within the Personal Lines and Life space by coaching and mentoring new insurance associates the GreenState way and championing results all while maintaining status as a high producer within the agency. This position is responsible for and will help maximize effectiveness of the Insurance Associates by determining and solving training needs and selling alongside them in the field.
