POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Design Integration role is responsible for successful delivery of McCarthy projects by organizing the design participants, processes, and technology. Participants may include design teams and trade partners when projects use design-build, design-assist, or other alternate delivery methods. This position requires proactive management of the design process with all parties, including internal McCarthy partners, to ensure coordinated documents support project goals for safety, quality, cost, scope, schedule, and execution.
