Lead Project Control Analyst
HunaTek is seeking an experienced project control analyst to lead the project control function in a complex business environment that includes multiple operating companies and joint ventures.
Essential Job Functions:
As team lead, you will continue to refine our policies and processes in consultation with senior accounting staff, and manage and mentor a small team of project control analysts. This is not strictly a managerial position; at our current size, you will be expected to perform as an analyst on a set of projects.
Project Control responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Budgeting and financial analysis:
Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, and proactively monitor costs against plans and budgets to develop project financial forecasts/EACs and conduct variance analysis
Ensure accuracy of project-related timesheets and expense reports
