Position Summary The Senior Shared Services Analyst is a technically focused role responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Financial Shared Services processes and ERP systems. This position partners closely with the Senior Director of Accounting Operations to execute system changes, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives. The focus is on system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, testing, and operational support across AR, AP, Route Settlement, Pricing and related Shared Services functions. Key Responsibilities ERP & Systems Support Serve as a primary technical support resource for Shared Services ERP systems (D365 preferred), including configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes.
