Vice President, Treasurer will be responsible for leading the Treasury and Risk Management functions to ensure the Company's capital requirements, debt structure and liquidity requirements are sufficient to meet to Company's business needs, and that risk mitigation strategies, including the procurement of insurance, are effectively evaluated and implemented.
