The File Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the initial receipt, organization, and quality review of mortgage loan files in the Bank’s Correspondent Lending channel. This role ensures all documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards prior to being submitted to internal underwriting or the third-party due diligence vendor. As the first line of quality control, the File Intake Coordinator helps maintain pipeline efficiency, supports smooth loan movement, and protects data integrity throughout the process.
