PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with suppliers to introduce and manage new technology introductions and development projects
· Work with requiring activity to ensure clear identification of production requirements
· Provide responses to bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
· Prepares requests for proposals for distribution to suppliers
· Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all laws
· Ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines
· Analyzes a contract’s risk to the business
· Monitors the performance of each signed contract
· Ensures that business goals are accomplished by contract implementation
· Negotiate cost with potential suppliers
