They will be responsible for creating requirements, developing project documents and testing applications in the MHS Information Portal (MIP) in support of Defense Healthcare Agency (DHA) initiatives. This role has two main components - Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst. Business Analyst responsibilities will cover requirements gathering, modeling analysis and defining all functional specifications during the beginning phases of the software development cycle.
