General Responsibilities Responsible for performing various duties to meet the commercial services needs of individuals or business customers as well as developing and managing relationships; achieving customer service goals as established in the division’s annual operating plan; directly supervising assigned personnel; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the commercial lending function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports; providing guidance and on-the-job training to Commercial Loan Officer I(s) and II(s), and III(s).
