JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior COG Reinsurance Billing Analyst owns XOL billing and complex QS billing production for assigned programs within the Billing tower, reporting to the COG Reinsurance Billing Lead. This role operates with minimal day-to-day oversight, exercising independent judgment on complex calculation and billing processes. Responsibilities Calculate Reinsurance Transactions: Calculate and register reserve, loss, & premium adjustments based on reconciled data and application of appropriate contract wording. Prepare billing statements and adjusting entries as necessary to ensure correct P&L for both reporting and billing purposes. Excess of Loss (XOL) statements : Prepare and distribute XOL billings, meeting contractual timeframes, liaising and coordinating with regional reinsurance/finance teams on shared programs, and acting as a key point of contact for certain strategic reinsurers which require advanced reporting and query resolution.
