SUMMARY : The Consumer Real Estate Processor is responsible for the preparation of closing instructions and documentation and performing company procedures required to close and fund consumer loans in accordance with company policies and requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Perform a thorough and complete review of loan package to ensure that the loan transaction complies with the terms outlined by Retail Underwriting, and is structured in accordance with regulatory guidelines and corporate loan policy Enter loan detail information into the loan platform system; prepare loan documents accurately and issue to closing attorneys and/or title companies and/or branch personnel Order flood determinations and obtain flood notice disclosures when required Review preliminary documents received from vendors/closing agents such as the legal description for the property to be encumbered, title search/commitment, organizational documents, survey, hazard...
