OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow implementation for a federal agency customer. This role will support the current ServiceNow environment while leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module. Strategic Portfolio Management will be the primary focus area for this position and will play a critical role in supporting portfolio visibility, demand management, investment planning, and executive decision making. The ideal candidate brings strong technical development skills, deep functional knowledge of SPM, and experience working within governed federal environments.
