Job Description: The Sales Finance Manager will partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Account Managers to provide financial direction, guidance and decision support to achieve profitable growth. Responsibilities within this role will include financial modeling, driving P&L improvement, driving share and profitable growth, efficient resource utilization, and leading customer IRRs (integrative reconciliation review) for our pet specialty and ecommerce retailers. It may be needed to analyze complex business information and draw out key messages or gather assumptions for a business activity and financially model a scenario. It is also about being a thinking partner, challenging assumptions, identifying trends and provoking fresh thinking.
