Job Classification: Sales - Sales Prudential Annuities is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Senior Account Manager, to join our expansion efforts within the IMO channel. Reporting to the Vice President of IMO Relationship Management, this role focuses on identifying new growth opportunities within the IMO market, driving sales, and enhancing Prudential's market presence by delivering innovative solutions tailored to Broker Dealers, Intermediaries as well as Independent Insurance Agents. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales and Growth Targets: Develop and implement a business plan, in partnership with Internal Sales Associate, focused on achieving key performance indicators, including sales and growth targets for Prudential's expanding IMO suite of products.
