Overview: Assist in the preparation and filing of external reporting with the SEC and other regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization’s goals. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and review SEC filings, including the Form 10-K/Q, Form 8-K, and other required reports. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards. Prepare the Bank’s Call Report and all associated regulatory reporting requirements. Prepare other daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly regulatory reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights. Assist in the development and implementation of financial reporting policies and procedures.
