Overview:
The E&C technician is responsible for electrical maintenance and new construction at all company facilities. The technician should be familiar with NEC standards for wiring and company specific standards for calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation at company facilities. The technician will also be responsible for installation and maintenance of all company communications equipment. The technician in this position will occasionally be called out by the company control center when there are problems with instrumentation or electrical equipment.
Responsibilities:
Understand accepted troubleshooting guidelines for PLC, control valves and all PLC logic. Possess overall knowledge of the installation, operation, repair, of assigned equipment. Maintain sufficient inventory of electrical supplies and repair parts to meet most emergency situations. Take care of company vehicle, keeping it clean and organized.
