Job Description: The operations and maintenance manager position provides direct supervision to the operations and maintenance personnel, ensures the efficient, reliable operation of the facility and ensures compliance with safety, North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), Department of Energy (DOE), Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) and environmental standards. This position also performs the functions of the environmental, health and safety coordinator. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise all operations and maintenance functions necessary to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the plant to meet scheduled production level and to meet all performance and compliance requirements.
