Primary Function: Perform a variety of hand operations including clean and burr parts, clean weldments, operate shot blast, perform heresite, parco or other apply other treatments to parts. Tools & Equipment: Various grinders, wheels and stones, cleaning equipment such as wash booth or steam cleaner, hand tools, scales, plugs, gages, cleaning solvents and preservatives, taps and compound, filler, tanks and solutions, ovens, blueprints process documents, hoists, laboratory specifications, solutions, cranes, forklifts . Materials: Ferrous and non-ferrous metals Source of Supervision: Team Leader/Coordinator Direction Exercised: None Working Procedure: Clean and DeBurr Clean parts and blocks as instructed, performing operations such as file burrs and sharp edges, re-ream, re-tap for proper assembly, disassemble and assemble parts to perform cleaning operations.
