This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, asset management, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and maintenance team development. The Maintenance Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading maintenance teams, optimizing equipment performance, minimizing production downtime, and managing maintenance budgets in a manufacturing environment.
