Summary: The Senior Supervisor, Production Line Maintenance leads a 10–15-person team within a 25‑technician department and provides day‑to‑day oversight of maintenance activities across the entire team to deliver safe, 24/7 equipment performance for high‑volume manufacturing lines. You will own short‑ and mid‑range maintenance planning for Security Products, ensure rapid restoration and robust PM/PdM execution, manage labor and spares budgets, and drive continuous improvement to reduce MTTR, extend MTBF, and protect product quality. You will partner closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality and apply RCM/FMEA, and TPM/Lean methods in a high‑tech environment. This role reports to the Manager, Production Line Maintenance.
