POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimating Manager to join our Water Civil preconstruction team in either one of our Phoenix, Dallas, or St. Louis offices. This role will assist the preconstruction team with all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-off, bidding, and estimate development of the civil scope on water and wastewater treatment plant projects across the country. The Estimating Managermay lead or manage the preparation of civil estimates for these projects which primarily include earthwork, sitework, and yard piping.
