Position Summary To deliver the company's standards of customer service with each parker transaction while maintaining an acceptable flow of traffic in and out of the parking facility. The Shift Manager- II will assist the Operations manager with the operation of a complex parking site with multiple employees. The sites could be manned and unmanned, automated or manual parking sites this person is responsible for carrying out instructions as directed by the Operations Manager pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Issue tickets to customers recording the required information on each ticket. Collect payment either through cash, credit card or validation always securing cash according to the company's standard operating procedures.
