Job Description: The Utilities Technician is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of all facility utilities-including boiler systems-buildings, and grounds. This role also leads the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar initiatives and manages contractor relationships to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant facility operations. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance, utilities management, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in boiler operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (steam and/or hot water systems). Boiler Operator's License or equivalent certification (as required by local regulations) is highly preferred. Experience leading Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) Preventive Maintenance programs.
