The Opportunity: Tetra Tech is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Facility Condition Assessor/Engineer to join our Asset Management team. This position will support building and utility infrastructure assessments, with an emphasis on evaluating the condition, performance, and remaining service life of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This is a remote position for candidates located in the greater Knoxville or Nashville, Tennessee area, with occasional work from a local Tetra Tech office. Due to project requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens and be able to successfully pass a background check.
