HVAC Mechanic The HVAC Mechanic supports the Social Security Administration and reports to the hiring manager. This position is 100% onsite. Fortis Industries LLC is interviewing for an HVAC Mechanic. The HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for the inspection and control of all preventive maintenance and repair of building and facility mechanical systems and related services associated with the Social Security Administration located in Birmingham, AL. This is an on-site role. This position requires practical skills and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work at a commercial level. The working HVAC Mechanic must foster teamwork, cooperation, and results while monitoring efficiency, productivity and fiscally responsible.
