Overview:
To serve the Medical Center and its Corporate Entities, in a wide variety of skilled duties typically related to general carpentry trades and performs them in a timely, safe and effective manner. This position will be accountable at all facilities including floor, ceiling and wall finishes. Lock/key experience will be needed for the role.
Responsibilities:
PERFORMS ROUTINE AND SPECIAL WORK ASSIGNMENTS TO PROVIDE RELIABLE, EFFECTIVE SKILLS WITHIN THE MEDICAL CENTER AND ITS ANCILLARY BUILDINGS. Knowledgeable and skilled in the following: Installs and repairs suspended ceilings. Installs and repairs doors and hardware (closures, panic, fire, and positive latching hardware). Installs cabinets and countertops. Completes layout and framing for new partitions, including wall finishes. Installs, including proper anchoring, for wall hung items such as grab bars, toilet paper holders, paper towel holders, and pictures. Assists in the removal and installation of air filters...
