Utah Transit Authority Description As the  Vanpool Maintenance Specialist , you will: Administer maintenance programs on all leased vans and assigned staff vehicles. Provide emergency assistance for Vanpool and Rideshare customers. Prepare vehicle for lease to vanpool groups. This is a competency based program.  Competency in the following 10 modules must be demonstrated within the time allotted; Preventative Maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Air Systems, Air Suspension, Steering and Axles, HVAC/EAC.
