How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare: The Painter prepares various surfaces as needed for painting, applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, other finishes and wallpapers to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, equipment and furniture. Additionally performs a variety of basic mechanical and preventive maintenance, as well as inspections, servicing, repair and overhaul of equipment and facilities.
The Painter Investigates need for repairs, collaborating with other facility personnel to ensure timely completion of all approved maintenance projects.
